These thicker side plates not only significantly increase the strength and fatigue resistance of the roller chains but also reduce stretching and wear. Heavy duty roller chains are ideal for agricultural applications, conveyor systems, heavy equipment, and any application where you want to increase the horsepower capacity of the chain without increasing its size.
CTS® offer the a range of heavy duty roller chains options,we manufacture single strand, double strand, triple strand, cottered type and even offset link heavy roller chains. However, if you haven't found the heavy duty chain you need, custom heavy-duty roller chains can be manufactured according to specifications.
