Material Cutting or Forging
First step to produce sprocket
Bore Drilling
Big one and small one are separated
CNC Machining
To get the final dimension of the sprocket, also include hole drilling or adjust the tolerance
Teeth Hobbing
Using Hobbing machine depending upon the teeth on the sprocket (We have 22 hobbing machines)
Remove the bur
Make the surface smooth
Laser Marking
Uses a beam of concentrated light to create a lasting mark on a surface
Washing
Wash away the stains on the sprocket through a machine.
Packaging
Put the sprockets in the wooden box
